For our new-build property inspections. We hold industry standard CSCS cards and our associate inspectors come from a trade/site management background with years of experience in new housebuilding. Our principal surveyor is a qualified safety advisor with a (NEBOSH) Construction Certificate in health & safety. This allows us to produce H&S documentation to access all major developer sites. We can offer new house surveys following the New Homes Quality Board code and RPSA criteria, under the New Homes Ombudsman Service. This allows us access to inspect your property before you complete and move in. Not all "new home inspectors" have this type of access, check yours does before committing to a pre-completion inspection.
